• When enabled by you, we collect precise location data (GPS coordinates) & motion activity.

• We collect performance & usage information, including feature usage, errors, and crash data that may be tagged with your user ID.

2.1. Provide and Improve Services:

We use your personal information to deliver, maintain, and enhance our SaaS application, respond to your requests, and provide you with customer support. In addition, your co-workers and the cruise lines and/or tour operators you work with may see your activity in the application. 

2.2. Location Services

Our application can use your location as part of tour group tracking. When enabled by you, we will use your precise location as the location of your tour group. Location will be regularly updated until turned off by you, or the tour ends.

• Motion activity is also monitored to optimize battery usage. It is not collected, transmitted or saved.

2.3. Communication:

We may use your email address to send you important updates, newsletters, marketing materials, or information about new features and promotions. You can opt-out of receiving marketing emails by following the instructions in the email or by contacting us directly.

2.4. Analytics and Improvements:
